Draft Neighbourhood Plan

The final draft of the Hartley Neighbourhood Plan will undergo a Regulation 14 consultation in April/May 2026. All residents, businesses and landowners in the Parish will be given the opportunity to comment from 20th April 2026 to 31st May 2026. Those comments will be taken into account and, if necessary, changes will be made prior to final submission to SDC later in 2026.
