Draft Neighbourhood Plan

The Regulation 14 consultation of the final draft of the Hartley Neighbourhood Plan was undertaken in April/May 2026. All residents, businesses and landowners in the Parish were given the opportunity to comment from 20th April 2026 to 31st May 2026. Those comments are currently being reviewed and, if necessary, changes are being made to the Plan prior to final submission to SDC later in 2026. 

The Draft Plan, and various appendices thereto, are currently being updated and will be added here shortly.
